Addison Universal 32 Mandrel Bending Machine

  • Semi-automatic mandrel bending machine with good repeatability
  • Bend tolerance normally + or – 1mm depending on wall thickness
  • Tooling best made by an experienced tool maker and therefore can be expensive

*This is the ideal wall thickness. We can usually adapt mandrels to allow 1.22, 1.5 and 2mm wall thickness tube to be bent in most of the sizes listed.

Di-Acro Hydra Power Bender No. 6

  • Semi-automatic non-mandrel bending machine
  • Repeatability good when used by an experienced operator
  • Can bend tube, solid bar or flat plate
  • Bend tolerance depends greatly on the material being bent
  • Tooling is fairly straight forward and can be made in-house
